From 2015 he worked in public accounting with Carr, Riggs & Ingram, then as an audit manager at Purvis Gray and at Warren Averett, leading audit and advisory work for construction, banking, healthcare, governmental, manufacturing and nonprofit clients. He went on to serve as CFO, and then CEO, of a growing multi-location healthcare organization, where he built its monthly close, reporting, cash forecasting and internal controls. In 2026 he founded Dansby CFO+, a Florida CPA firm serving the Pensacola area.
