This page is the whole process, start to finish, so you know what you are agreeing to before you start rather than after.
You answer some questions
About twenty plain questions about your year: where you lived, who depends on you, how you earned money. No tax jargon and no form numbers until you have told us the thing the form is about. Ten minutes for most people, and you can stop and come back.
You see the fee before you commit
Once we know enough to price it, we show you the figure and you decide. Nothing is charged at that point, and if anything later changes the figure we show you the old one, the new one and why, and you decide again.
You upload your documents
Your wage and income forms and anything else we ask for. A photo from your phone is fine. Every file is scanned for viruses before anything else happens to it, and nothing is read or passed on until that comes back clean.
A CPA prepares and reviews it
A licensed CPA at Dansby CFO Plus, PLLC prepares and reviews your return. If something in your documents does not add up, we ask rather than guess.
You review it and say yes
You see the finished return and we walk through anything you want to understand. Nothing is filed until you say so.
What happens to your documents
They are stored encrypted and scanned for viruses on arrival. Your account needs your password and a code from your phone, so a stolen password on its own is not enough to open it.
Who sees them
Your information is limited to the people and systems needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not ask you to send your Social Security number by email.
