Lost your phone?

We can turn two-step sign-in off for you so you can set it up again on your new phone. To protect your tax information, we check it's really you first.

  1. Contact Dansby CFO Plus, PLLC at info@dansbycfo.com or 850.912.9130.
  2. We call you back on the phone number you gave when you signed up, and ask you two questions about your return.
  3. We email you a link. Open it to confirm the request came from you.
  4. We reset two-step sign-in and email you when it's done. Next time you sign in, you set it up again.

We never ask for your password, and we never reset anything because of a call or email alone.
